Looking for a dog sitter for regular dog care Stockholm

Hello,
I have an eight year old Bichon X he is very friendly and loves other dogs. Can be anxious about being left at home alone. Likes to be with people but likes his own space.
I need someone to help out when I'm away in England working, which happens once a month for a week. Also some other days, evenings and overnights. Also whilst I go on holiday.
