Caregiver for my senior mom with Parkinsons

Hello,
My mom is moving back to Sweden at the end of May after living with me (her daughter) in the US. We are setting up home care through Lomma kommun but I know she would greatly appreciate someone to be there for social time and also may need some help with transportation to doctors or shopping if available.
She has Parkinson's disease, anxiety, and depression and really does not like being alone for very long. Her daughters all live in the US so the transition will be hard.
We would love to set up some interviews/meetings when we are back in Sweden
